I just want to remember, because I saw the recent review on the fan is defective, I got my 1410 and today is pretty loud hum of the fan. Replacement is on its way. I've been involved with the problems of defective trackpad on the new Mini Toshiba (Toshiba has recognized the problems related to manufacturing processes, so it's back) and hopefully we will not have a problem here, too MFG. Everything else on the 1410 seemed incredible, beautiful screen and keyboard. Building is a bit 'plasticky than the Toshiba, and the trackpad is significantly smaller, but the blows everything else out of the other netbooks, and is about the same size and weight. Amazing! I'll post more when replacing.
UPDATE: Ok, the replacement came and is very quiet. No. Everything is beautiful, especially the screen, which is like a netbook BigScreen TV than 1024×600. One small complaint is the incredible amount of junk software that starts to settle, scan your hard drive, store upgrades, etc., and
